Welcome to the 19th Annual Casa Pacifica Angels Wine & Food Festival. We hope you will be able to join us for this wonderful day of sampling excellent wines, delicious foods, and marvelous micro-brews, all to benefit the programs and services provided by Casa Pacifica to vulnerable and deserving children and their families. Each year we strive to ensure that the Wine & Food Festival meets the high expectations of being one of Ventura County's premiere events, and we are absolutely sure this year will be no exception!
Through the gracious support of our sponsors the Festival has grown into Ventura County's premier wine & food tasting event. Last year together we raised nearly $220,000! Please consider being part of this exciting event and help us reach our goal of raising $275,000 to help fill the growing $2.4M gap Casa Pacifica experiences between what it receives in funding and the actual cost of caring for our communities' most vulnerable children.
We need student and adult volunteers to help us put on Ventura County's premiere wine and food tasting event. Students can earn their community service hours by working the day of the event and adults are needed to help with event set up Thurs June 3th through Sat June 5th as well as 1-hour shifts on Sunday, the day of the event. Please join us as we try to raise much needed funds to help abused, neglected and at-risk children and their families. Our large Silent Auction offers unique themed baskets for Festival patrons to bid upon while sampling and sipping the day's delights. There's also been a spirited LIVE! Auction that in the past has included such items as; fabulous tropical vacation getaways, vintage wines, original works of art, and more!
Please note that when you register for the festival you are automatically eligible to enter the Yummie Top Chef Awards culinary competition taking place at the event. Our judges will award fabulous prize packages to the winning chefs/food exhibitors with the finest epicurean creations. Participants in the competition must be ready to serve their entry by 11:00 a.m. - NO EXCEPTIONS.
