Beverage Exhibitors are not charged for exhibit space on three conditions:
1) Sign up early
2) Donate a silent auction item or gift certificate valued at a minimum of $50
3) Distribute at least 4 cases of your wine, or 20 cases or 25 gallons of your beer or non-alcoholic beverage.
Food Exhibitors are not charged for exhibit space on three conditions:
1) Sign up early
2) Donate a Chef's Dinner or Dining Certificate to the Silent Auction
3) Distribute at least 1,000 samples of food. All vendors are subject to review to determine appropriateness for the event.
